OUR STORY
Hi, I'm Anjuly Sotomayor.
I come from a banana family. As a kid, I watched my dad export bananas from Los Ríos to Europe, truck after truck, harvest after harvest.
Over the years I understood something: not every banana leaves on those trucks. Some stay behind. Because of size, a mark on the peel, timing. I didn’t want them to go to waste.
That’s how BANATITA started: the same banana as always, just dried, one ingredient, nothing else. It’s still my family’s banana. It just gets eaten differently.

We work directly with my family’s farm in Los Ríos to keep our process close, transparent, and low-impact.
Our packaging protects the product without excess, and every batch is made in a BPM-certified facility.
